I’ve been using this for about 18 months now, applying around every 10 weeks. As long as you really stick to the instructions and use the correct shampoo and conditioner (ensure it’s salt free as well as sulfate free), my hair stays lovely 
I try to wash my hair as well only twice a week using dry shampoo in between and I straighten my hair after the first two washes to reseal, I would especially recommend anyone with damaged and frizzy hair to have this treatment. My hair after the 18 months is in amazing condition!
